(January 11, 2006 –
According to the Museum of Television & Radio, "Charmed"
will surpass the long running comedy series "Laverne & Shirley," which

"It's a remarkable accomplishment, especially when you consider
that when we premiered eight years ago, nobody thought we'd even make it to
22 episodes! It's something
we're all immensely proud of," said executive producer Brad Kern.
"Charmed," now in its
eighth season, stars Alyssa Milano, Rose McGowan and Holly Marie Combs as
sisters who, after learning they are good witches with powers, are reluctantly
thrown into a world of doing good as they discover supernatural evils.

Brad Kern and airs Sundays (8:00-9:00
