Rose McGowan: Once you watch the whole show, it will all become clearer. I was confused, too!

Question: What was it like going on to the show as the new girl after Holly and Alyssa had worked with Shannon for so long?

Rose McGowan: Well, I think every experience in my life has always been new. And this was no different. I have always had a "sink or swim" approach to everything and this was no different. I just make sure to laugh a lot and have a good time wherever I am!

Question: Do you ever watch your own show?

Rose McGowan: I do watch it. I am always curious as to how it turned out, but I see a version that is commercial free at work. But if I have time, I will watch the cinematography. But the show we shoot is different than what you see and I am always curious as to how it turns out.

Question: You're one of my biggest role modals? I was wondering, who is yours?

Rose McGowan: My goodness! Probably a workaholic, an older actress like Barbara Stanwyck. She was an amazing workaholic with amazing work ethics. Those things I respect. And I think Madonna crafted a great path for herself.

Question: Hi. Is it hard to play a witch on TV? What is it like on set?

Rose McGowan: It's probably easier to play a witch on TV then to be one in real life. I feel goofy saying the spells sometimes, but that is where acting comes in.

Question: How did your career first start? Did you have to work hard to get where you are today? Or did you get asked to act?

Rose McGowan: I was asked to act and I have worked incredibly hard ever since. It is harder getting the job than having the job.

Question: Dear Rose, what's a typical day like on set? Are there a lot of jokes and fun? And also, I want to be an actress, what advice can you give me?

Rose McGowan: There are a lot of jokes and fun. The more tired I get, the goofier I get. You have to try to stay focused -- which is often hard. We have a great gag reel at the end of each season.

Question: What do you do on your spare time?

Rose McGowan: I bake! I go hiking, I try to travel. But I don't have very much spare time so mostly I like to sleep.

Rose McGowan: I wanted a pink car when I was 16, but that did not happen. Somehow, I have managed to carry on.

Rose McGowan: I like to shop at little and out-of-the way boutiques in L.A. And sometimes in thrift stores to mix them up. High end and low end mixed together.

Rose McGowan: Yeah, we do really well together, considering we are on top of each other 14 hours a day. We can get pretty silly.
